Hi, I'm Likhita!

I'm a product manager who turns messy problems into things people can actually use. I spent three years at OpenText shipping AI/ML models and enterprise platform capabilities.

I still can't open an app without picking apart why it was built that way, and this site is where I do that in public. When I'm not working, you'll find me sketching, baking, out on a hike, or trying a new recipe that may or may not work.

Right now

I'm finishing an MS in Project Management at Northeastern in Seattle, working part-time as an Enrollment Manager at the university, and looking for my next PM or APM role.

I also co-founded a graduate student wellness organization from scratch, which needed the same muscle as a 0-to-1 product: no precedent, no roadmap, just a real problem and a team willing to figure it out.

What I'm working on

Both projects are client work in progress, so I can't share deliverables publicly yet. I'm happy to walk through them in conversation.

Surgeon & drug-regimen outcomes intelligence

A hospital analytics system that ranks surgeons by patient outcomes, so peers can learn from top performers, and credits results to 8 drugs across dose and timing ranges to guide purchasing.

  • My rolePM, leading a 6-person team
  • The hard partOutcomes get muddied by patient risk. We use propensity score matching so results are credited to the drug, not to who happened to receive it.

  • The caseAnchored in the program's 100% teacher-retention record, plus a pricing scan of competing programs
  • What I changedTurned a static technical specification into a Jira backlog of user stories and acceptance criteria

Before this

Three years as a Technical Product Manager at OpenText across Life Sciences, Healthcare, and AI governance, including leading the end-to-end integration of an LLM-powered service management assistant that scaled to 100K+ users.

Before that, two years as a software engineer, which is probably why I can't look at a product without wondering how it's built underneath.
