The short version: I like figuring out why things work.

Portrait of Likhita Krovidi

I'm Likhita — a Technical Product Manager who spent three years at OpenText shipping AI/ML models and enterprise platform capabilities, including leading the end-to-end integration of an LLM-powered service management assistant that scaled to 100K+ users without a drop in accuracy or policy alignment. Before that, I was a software engineer, which is probably why I can't look at a product without also wondering how it's built underneath.

That habit turned into this site. Every project here starts the same way — a product I use (or almost gave up on), broken down into the decisions someone made and whether I'd have made them differently. It's not about tearing things apart for the sake of it. It's about building the muscle you actually need as a PM: looking at something finished and still asking "why this, and not something else?"

My background: a B.E. in Computer Science from Osmania University, two years as a software engineer, then three more in product management at OpenText across Life Sciences, Healthcare, and AI governance — including managing the data pipeline and evaluation protocols for an enterprise LLM launch. I'm now finishing an MS in Project Management at Northeastern while working as an Enrollment Manager and figuring out what's next. I also co-founded a graduate student wellness organization from scratch, which turned out to need the same muscle as building a 0-to-1 product: no precedent, no roadmap, just a real problem and a team willing to figure it out.
